Our goal is to provide quality surf lessons to all our customers in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our instructors but our customers as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed bookings. 

When you book your lesson, camp or hire, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful of your fellow customers, please call North West Surf School as soon as you know you will not be able to make your Booking.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us at least 14 days in advance. Lessons and Camps are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another customer access to that lesson time.

If you need to cancel, please call us at 087 9595556 or email. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

A cancellation is considered late when the Lesson is cancelled less than 14 days before the appointed time. A no-show is when a customer misses a Lesson without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the customer the Booking Fee.
